Bit of a letdown really. I was the only customer in the store. There were two members of staff, one was looking on their phone. they offered no help to me. Choosing glasses can be a daunting task and although I appreciate the staff not jumping on me as soon as I walked in, after browsing All of the glasses, you think they’d ask if I needed any help, or even ask if there was anything in particular I was looking for. Surely this is basic sales?? I just dont understand how you can have a customer in store, who could give you a potential few hundred quid to your business, and let them leave without even saying “if you need any help just let us know”. Not even a goodby or thank you as I left. If I’m honest I feel really let down and disappointed.
